B-12 Spring Training
Since we’re still a small company, it’s important that each B-12 member be capable of performing any company function. To this end, the new members from the 120th have spent much of the Spring learning about company management and developing new training modules for the next Candidate Term.
Additionally, the 120th has worked to ensure that they are competent at the technical skills required for the successful execution of B-12 operations and events. Some of these are basic skills that are already familiar from ROTC and Candidate Term, and some are more unconventional skills that will prove useful during some of the more intricate operations that B-12 runs.
Fortunately both members from the 120th will be around for much of the summer, so we are also planning to hold some training sessions in various locations to develop their knowledge and abilities even more.
