Candidate Term is generally open to Army and Air Force cadets, and Navy and Marine midshipmen, in the Boston University, Boston College, and Northeastern University ROTC programs. Cadets and midshipmen from nearby colleges and universities, and local civilians, are considered on a case-by-case basis.
